Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Company and scope
These terms govern use of this website and enquiries for cleaning services supplied by Celtharivessique Cleaning Services Ltd, company number 16859327, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Trading address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general information and quotation enquiries. Images, descriptions, availability and prices may be indicative and do not create a contract unless expressly confirmed by us. We try to keep information accurate and current, but do not promise that the website will always be complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Quotations and bookings
A quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared and may be revised if the property, access, condition, scope or timing differs materially. A booking is accepted only when we confirm the agreed service, price, date and relevant arrangements. We may decline or reschedule work where access, safety, staffing, weather, property condition or other reasonable circumstances require it.
4. Customer obligations
You must provide accurate and complete information, ensure safe and timely access, secure valuables, disclose hazards and fragile items, and tell us about pets, alarms, restricted areas and relevant instructions. You must not ask us to perform unlawful work or expose staff to avoidable danger. Delays or additional work caused by missing information, unsafe conditions or unavailable access may affect the price or appointment.
5. Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation charges and refunds will be stated in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation. If no specific term is agreed, payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise. Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for distance or off-premises contracts; where you ask us to start within a cancellation period, you may be asked to acknowledge the legal consequences of that request. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Quality and complaints
Please inspect the service where reasonably possible and tell us promptly about any concern, with relevant details and photographs where useful. We will review genuine complaints fairly and may offer a reasonable remedy, re-performance or other response appropriate to the circumstances. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
7. Liability and disclaimers
We take reasonable care in providing our services and maintaining this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited. You should maintain appropriate insurance for your property and disclose pre-existing damage or vulnerabilities.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, layout, photographs and original materials belong to the company or its licensors. You may view and print material for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.
9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are handled.
10. Website use and security
You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or interfere with the website, or use it in breach of law. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our business.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, utility failure, industrial action, public-health restrictions, transport disruption, supplier failure or government action. We will take reasonable steps to notify you and minimise the effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
13. Amendments and severability
We may amend these terms by publishing an updated version. Changes apply from publication unless a different effective date is stated and will not retrospectively alter an already accepted booking without agreement. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
