1. Data controller
Celtharivessique Cleaning Services Ltd, company number 16859327, is the controller of personal data processed through this website and our cleaning-service enquiries. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Trading address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Contact: info@celtharivessique.com or +44 20 7946 0827.
2. Scope and principles
This policy applies to personal data collected through this website, telephone, email and service enquiries. We follow the UK GDPR principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property or service details, message content, quotation and booking information, correspondence, payment or invoice details, and information about access requirements, pets or safety matters. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, referral source and pages viewed. We do not intentionally collect special-category data through this website; please do not include health, biometric, political, religious or other sensitive information in a message unless it is strictly necessary for a service and you have a lawful reason to provide it.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry and contact data to respond to you and prepare a quotation under the lawful basis of taking steps at your request before a contract. We process booking, customer, service and payment records because processing is necessary to perform a contract. We retain invoices and other records where necessary to comply with legal obligations. We use limited operational, security and service-improvement information under our legitimate interests, after considering whether those interests are overridden by your rights. We use consent for optional analytics, marketing or other processing where consent is required, and you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Marketing and communications
We will only send electronic marketing where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time and every marketing message will provide an appropriate opt-out route. An objection to marketing does not affect processing needed for an existing service or legal obligation.
6. Sharing and processors
We may share data with carefully selected providers that support hosting, email, website maintenance, accounting, payment processing, scheduling, customer support, insurance or professional advice. They may process data only under our instructions and appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information to courts, regulators, law enforcement, insurers or professional advisers where required or permitted by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
If a supplier processes personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism recognised by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage potential or completed work. Customer, contract, payment and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting, limitation and other applicable laws. We keep consent and suppression records long enough to demonstrate compliance and respect an opt-out. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete it or anonymise it.
9. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused.
10. Your UK GDPR rights
Subject to legal conditions and exemptions, you may request access to your personal data; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure; restriction of processing; portability of data you provided; and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have rights relating to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently make such decisions about customers.
11. How to exercise rights
Send a request to info@celtharivessique.com or write to our registered office. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and protect against unauthorised disclosure. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions for complex or multiple requests. Requests are generally free, but the law permits a reasonable fee or refusal for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
12. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or through the ICO complaint service. If you are in the EEA, you may also contact your local data-protection supervisory authority where applicable.
13. Cookies and analytics
We use essential technologies needed for site operation. Analytics or non-essential cookies will be used only where applicable and, where required, after consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.
14. Children
This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data for marketing. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assess and delete it where appropriate.
15. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.
